The challenge
Growth Session Myanmar is a maternal-care brand with two product lines, regular classes and B2B programs, and a large audience of 208K+ moms. The problem was conversion: all that reach had no clear path from free content into paid classes and a paid membership club. I owned business development, demand gen, partnerships, and the flagship program that turned attendees into paying members.
My approach
- Drove signups through Meta ads, Rotary Club talks, and brand collaborations, matching each channel to where moms actually make decisions.
- Led the 6-day Momtrepreneurship program end to end: signups, cohort selection, running the sessions, gathering satisfaction data, and converting graduates into paid Momtrepreneur Club members.
- Held one clean, consistent brand across both product lines so the classes and the B2B side never felt like two different companies.
